Please note that entry to the property is permitted from 4:00 PM. This gives us time to prepare and verify that everything is in perfect condition for your arrival.

If you have any special requests regarding check-in time, please inform us in advance so we can better accommodate you.

    Check-out must be no later than 11:00 a.m.

    This schedule gives us enough time to thoroughly clean and prepare the house for our next guests. It also allows us to check that everything is in order and in good condition, and to attend to any necessary repairs or maintenance.

    Why is it important to respect these times?

    To ensure the house is in perfectcondition for you and future visitors.

    To maintain the cleanliness, safety, and good condition of the natural area and the property.

    So that everyone can enjoy a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

    How to leave the house when you leave:

  • Collect all your trash and place it in the containers provided on the property or in the street containers.

  • Turn off all lights, appliances, and air conditioning to save energy and maintain security.

  • Close doors and windows tightly to protect the house and prevent water or unwanted animals from entering.

  • If you used the kitchen, clean the surfaces, wash the utensils, and leave everything tidy.

  • Leave the keys in the safe.

  • We are in a protected natural environment: avoid leaving objects or trash in the forest or in common areas.

    Additional rules for caring for the house and the surrounding area:

  • Please respect the flora and fauna of the surrounding area. Do not disturb or damage plants, trees, or animals.

  • Do not light fires.

  • Use established trails and paths, avoiding areas of sensitive vegetation.

  • If you find any problems or damage to the house, please notify us immediately so we can resolve it.

  • Keep music and conversations at a respectful level so as not to disturb the wildlife or other guests.

  • The house is located in a natural setting, so we ask you to be respectful of the flora, fauna, and neighbors.

  • Enjoy the tranquility, but also care for and protect this beautiful space so others can enjoy it in the future.

    Pleiades Garden Rules

    To ensure a pleasant, safe, and harmonious stay for everyone, we ask that you respect the following rules.

    1. Visitors

    • For safety reasons and to maintain everyone's peace of mind, visitors are not allowed on the premises without the express authorization of the host.

2 . Security

To comply with current Spanish government regulations and ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to complete the mandatory SES (Accommodation Information System) form

3. Quiet and Rest Hours

• To respect everyone's rest, we ask that silence be maintained outside the homes from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM.

• Please avoid loud noises, loud television or music, and activities that may disturb other guests during your stay.

4. Use of Common Areas and Services

• Common areas must be kept clean and in good condition.

• Smoking is prohibited in the resort's buildings and enclosed spaces.

• Do not use the equipment installed in the common areas or the equipment installed in your home for purposes other than your own use.

5. Use of the Pool

• The pool is for the sole use of guests.

• Food, drinks, pets, or hygiene products are not permitted.

• Please respect hygiene and safety regulations.

• Please do not run or perform dangerous jumps to avoid accidents.

• Showering is mandatory before entering the pool.

• Diving is prohibited to prevent spinal injuries.

• Supervision of children: Children under 12 years of age must always be accompanied by a responsible adult.

• Do not bring dangerous objects: glass, sharp, or pointed objects.

• Wear appropriate footwear on the premises to avoid slipping.

6. Parking and Circulation

• Parking is only permitted in the 5 spaces in the private outdoor parking lot.

• The maximum speed limit within the resort is 10 km/h.

• Parking in the indoor parking lot is permitted in the following cases:

o There is no free parking in the private outdoor parking lot.

o People with reduced mobility (walkers, wheelchairs, etc.).

o Senior citizens or families with young children.

o Unloading or loading shopping or luggage.

7. Health

To ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests and employees, we ask that you notify us immediately if you experience symptoms of illness. We are here to help you and provide any assistance you need.

8. Help

If at any time, outside the resort, you encounter a difficult or problematic situation, please do not hesitate to let us know. Our team is here to listen and support you with whatever you need. The safety, peace of mind, and well-being of our guests are our priority, and we will do everything possible to assist you and offer quick and effective solutions.

9. Diversity

10. Environmental Care and Responsibility

• Please do not flush paper, wipes, trash, or hygiene products down the toilet. These materials must be disposed of in designated containers to prevent possible damage.

• It is very important to remember that we are located in a natural environment,

without municipal sewage systems, where septic tanks or cesspools are responsible for managing wastewater. Therefore, any object or debris that obstructs these systems can cause serious problems, such as blockages, unpleasant odors, and environmental damage.

11. Mosquitoes:

To prevent discomfort, be sure to use mosquito nets and avoid leaving windows or doors open with the lights on at night. We are in nature, and mosquitoes can be annoying.

Trash and Recycling

· We would greatly appreciate it if, at the end of your reservation, you could separate your trash into the designated recycling bins. This helps us keep our environment clean and contribute to the sustainability of the planet.

Yellow Bin: plastic containers, cans, and cartons

Blue Bin: paper and cardboard, such as newspapers, boxes, etc.

Green Bin: glass, such as bottles, jars, and pots

Gray Bin: non-recyclable or non-recyclable waste

Brown Bin: organic waste, food scraps, fruit and vegetable peelings, coffee grounds

General Rules for Pets

If your pet barks a lot or shows aggression, this place is not suitable for it. Refrain from bringing it if you know it could cause problems, or if it relieves itself inside the apartment, destroys furniture, plants, or attacks cats.

· 🐾 Always notify the host that you are bringing a pet. Maximum 1 pet per home.

· 🛏️ It is mandatory to bring your pet's bed and a blanket to protect the furniture.

· 🚫 Prohibited: Getting on beds and sofas.

· 🚿 Do not use towels or bedding from the accommodation for your pet.

· 🦮 Short Leash: Always supervise your pet.

· 🚫 Do not leave your pet alone: In rooms or in the gardens without authorization.

· 🗑️ Pick up: Always pick up waste with bags and place it daily in a public trash container outside the premises.

· 🐾 Respect: Make sure your pet respects other animals.

· 🦮⚖️ You are responsible for your pet and any damage it may cause.

· 🚫 Do not allow it access to reserved areas or other homes, including the pool.

Damage Liability Policy

1. Guest Responsibility

The guest agrees to care for and maintain the property's facilities, furniture, appliances, and fixtures in good condition during their stay. Any damage caused by negligence, misuse, or accident will be the guest's responsibility and must be repaired or replaced at their own expense.

In the event of damage, the guest must immediately inform the host and be responsible for any necessary repairs or replacements.

2. Proper Use of Facilities

Guests are requested to use the facilities responsibly and respect the rules of coexistence and safety.

3. Inventory

The guest agrees to return the inventory of fixtures and fixtures in the same condition as received.

4. Insurance and Guarantees

The property is not responsible for personal damage or loss to the guest.

5. Damage Procedure

In the event of damage or loss, the guest must notify the host, who will assess the extent of the damage and determine the appropriate course of action, including possible additional charges.

6. Responsibility for Use of Common Property

Guests are responsible for proper use of the common areas and the objects found therein, avoiding misuse or causing damage.
